Online Returns Policy
Not happy with your purchase? Take a look at our returns policy:
ALL ONLINE ORDERS MUST BE RETURNED VIA POST – RETURNS CAN NOT BE PROCESSED IN STORE.
The return address may differ for every order; please refer to the returns slip in your parcel. If you have misplaced this please contact us to request your return address. We currently do not offer free returns.
GOOD WILL RETURNS POLICY:
In addition to your statutory rights we have a ‘Good Will Returns Policy’. This means that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your item. All returned items will be inspected on arrival and must be in their original condition; if they are found to be damaged you may be required to compensate Coneys. You must take ‘reasonable’ care of the item(s):– Only try the item on for size– Do not remove tags (if tags are removed a refund will be refused)– All original packaging must be retained and returned. If you miss your delivery our courier will automatically return the parcel to us. In such cases the appropriate shipment charge will be deducted from your refund.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the fit of your item we are happy to send an alternative size to you; providing the item is returned in its original condition. Please insert a note into your order stating the size you would like to exchange for OR you can contact us with your order no. and we will sort this out for you.
If you have found a fault please contact us with your order number and details of the item within 24 hours of receiving it.
We cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. If you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, providing your order hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it for you.
