Extended Christmas Returns Policy
Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 1st November 2017. This means that you can now return online purchases up to 28 days after Christmas. This excludes gift vouchers which are non-refundable.Quality and high standards are important to us and every order is thoroughly checked before it leaves us. But if, for any reason you need to return an item we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item or need to exchange it for alternative size we will offer to replace it for you or offer a full refund, providing you return the product to us within 14 days of recieving your item.
What to do if you need to make a returnIf you’d like to return or exchange your item/s, first please email email@example.com or call 01522 511 187 with 7 days explaining the reason for the return or exchange, please include your order number and reference the item you wish to return. You must take ‘reasonable care’ of the items and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that:
- You may try on the item for size only
- Tags should not be removed from any item
- Any original packaging should be retained and returned
- If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us.
- Pack the product to avoid damage during returns transit using a sealed postage bag or parcel, ensuring it remains in good condition.
- Include your packing note or your name, address, phone number, order number and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

We recommend you use registered or special delivery when returning any products as we cannot be held responsible for missing items. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products. The package must be returned to us within the specified 14 day return period. Returns received over 20 working days later than the date the item was received by the customer will may not be accepted. CANCELLATIONSUnfortunately we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed and despatched. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service on: 01522 511 187. Opening times: 9am–5:30pm Monday to Friday. Provided the order has not yet been despatched, our team may be able to cancel the order for you.
